ISO 9001:2008 Management Course

Course Outline

The commitment of management at all levels is essential to the success of all quality management systems. Resistance to the implementation of this standard is often bourn of ignorance to its functions and benefits. This training has been developed by our vastly experienced team of lead auditors/assessors to inform managers of the benefits and requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Additionally, Clause 5.5.2 of the standard requires that “top management shall appoint a member of management who, irrespective of other responsibilities, shall have responsibility and authority…..”. This course will provide such Quality Management Representatives (QMRs) with the information they need to successfully accomplish their task.

Intended Candidate Level

This course is intended for managers at all levels. No prior learning or knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 is required. It may be beneficial for employers to train their managers as a team in this respect.
