First Aid At Work Update Training

Course Outline

If you are based in or near to Manchester you may be interesed in attending one of our First Aid at Work Update courses in our training centre in Greater Manchester. Alternatively we will deliver your training at your venue if you prefer.

Medical professionals are continually striving to improve the way in which we deal with people who get hurt or become ill. Consequently, the way that first aiders do things changes from time to time. Over the 3 year validity of the First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work certificates many improvements may be made to the approved first aid treatments. These changes may go unnoticed by qualified first aid providers. It is also reasonable to expect that unless there is regular practice of first aid skills there is likely to be significant skill fade over a 3 year period. The HSE recommends that all first aid at work providers undertake update training annually. We provide open courses for annual update training for First Aid at Work and the Emergency First Aid at Work from our training centre near Manchester or we can deliver this training at your venue throughout the North West.
