Course Outline

The First Aid at Work certificate is valid for three years, after which First Aiders must either re-qualify as first aid providers or cease to provide first aid in the workplace. If the First Aid certificate is renewed within the three year validity period this 2 day requalification course is all that is required to maintain the qualification. Once the three year period has elapsed those wishing to maintain their qualification will need to complete the 3 day First Aid at Work course. We provide open First Aid Re-qualification courses from our training centre near Manchester or we can come to your venue if prefered.

Intended Candidate Level

This course is intended for those people who have previously passed the full HSE approved First Aid at Work course and whose qualification is due renewal. Proof of previous qualification is required prior to course commencement. This re-qualification is valid for a further 3 years.

Confirmation of Training

The learning is confirmed by a written test and a practical assessment, which is assessed by an independent, third party First Aid at Work assessor.
